Von Dutch Kustom Cycles HotRods
Introducing the up and coming “Von Dutch Deuce”! This is the latest collaboration from The Rod Shop and Von Dutch Kustom Cycles. Starting off as a steel bodied ’32 Ford Roadster, this project will combine the best of both worlds, receiving old school styling by using newstalgic type components, to compliment both the custom bike industry and the custom street rod industry. Subtle styling cues and various components offer that old school biker feel with the use of satin black with chrome accents, as well as, bomber jacket leather upholstery. The power of the Roush Racing small block Ford engine is put to the ground through use of a dyno-tested Phoenix C-6 transmission and a Frankland Racing quickchange rear-end. In keeping with theme of the car, the Von Dutch Deuce rides on a forward slung, suicide dropped I-beam front axle and a buggy spring/ladder bar combination rear suspension. Rising interest in the prototype will elicit Von Dutch to begin production on a limited yearly quantity of the Von Dutch Deuce. Look for this prototype at a show near you.
